
For some students who follow the initial ‘welcome’ email upon enrolment, the initial login they create is only temporary.
Their progress is still safely saved, but to access the course materials from this point forward, they need a free Young Person account on the main FBF website.
This takes about two minutes to set up, following the instructions in the Cashed Up Learner Guide. For quick reference:
To access your course:
- You MUST create and log in to a Financial Basics Foundation Young Person account using the same email address used to enrol to access the course materials.
- Go to the Cashed Up Course Portal where your course(s) will be listed. You can find the Cashed Up Course Portal in the Hub menu and your Member Portal.
- Click on the Dashboard button for your course.
- On the next screen, click ‘Sign in using FBF’.
These steps will get students up and running with no loss of progress.
Moving forward, all students will need to use the Financial Basics Foundation website Cashed Up Course Portal to access their course(s).
