You can add/bulk add students to the your course using the Class console.
Open your Teacher Dashboard via the Course Portal.
Select Class console from the menu.
Select Add on the Learners tile.
To enrol a SINGLE STUDENT at a time:
Enter their email address then Check to see if they already have an account. For new accounts, you’ll also need to enter their first and last name in addition to their email address.
To BULK UPLOAD students:
1. Download the bulk upload template.
2. Update the template with student details and save the updated file.
TO AVOID TECHNICAL ISSUES:
- DO NOT change the format of this document.
- DO NOT add or remove any fields.
- DO leave the READ ONLY FIELD BLANK.
- DO use the ‘paste as plain text’ option in your spreadsheet program (if it is available).
4. Open your Teacher Dashboard via the Course Portal.
5. Select Class console from the menu.
6. Select Add on the Learners tile.
7. Select the ‘IMPORT FILE‘ button.

8. Upload your completed version of the bulk upload template.



9. Click on the ‘SAVE‘ button.
